02 / ELECTROCHEMICAL SEPARATION
Electrocoagulation.
A modular pathway for suspended matter, metals, emulsions and selected pollutants using in-situ coagulant generation and fit-for-feed separation.

DESIGN FOLLOWS THE FEED / 02THE APPROACH
Coagulation generated precisely where it is needed.
- Controlled current releases coagulant species from appropriate electrodes to help separate difficult constituents from the water.
- The downstream solids separation and sludge route are designed as part of the system, not left as an afterthought.
- Electrode choice, current density and hydraulic residence time are selected from representative water data and pilot evidence.
Evidence matters
The process is not universal: bench tests establish fit, residuals and operating cost for each application.
